Insider’s Tip: To cure jet lag I would recommend to combine in your Spa journey first the sauna and cold plunge with breathing exercises then after that the 50-minute massage with the compression boots for ultimate jet lag recovery. After that we serve an electrolyte drink to enhance the metabolism.
