The Waldorf Astoria Chicago Spa Introduces New Moon Ritual Series
The award-winning team at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago Spa will host its first event as part of the New Moon Ritual Series on August 16 with additional events taking place during each rising new moon.
The Waldorf Astoria Chicago Spa and its award-winning team have introduced the New Moon Ritual Series, which will offer attendees an evening of mindful introspection, community bonding and inspiration, along with creating a sacred space to nurture one’s inner artist, enhance their spiritual practice, and guide them through each particular moon phase.

The New Moon Ritual Series kicks off this month on August 16, 2023 and will take place during each rising new moon. Open to hotel guests and locals alike (ages 16 and above), the event will take participants on a magical journey of self-discovery. During the session, spa-goers will have the opportunity to choose a crystal that resonates harmoniously with their being and they will learn how to harness its powers through cleansing, charging and meditation.

Guests will be invited to practice writing love letters to themselves, in addition to trying one of the curated spa services and products that aligns with the spiritual significance of Leo ruling our hair, including the Aqua Zen body treatment, which features a blissful hot oil scalp massage. The evening's culmination will revolve around an intention-setting exercise, empowering guests to manifest their heartfelt desires and set the stage for the forthcoming New Moons.
