What to Know Before You Go: Complimentary events are for registered hotel guests or spa guests with a confirmed spa treatment and are limited to a maximum of 10 people. Register for events in advance by 7 p.m. the Friday before with the spa. Wear comfortable clothing. Face masks are required.

Healthy Cooking & Cocktail Class

Keep up your New Year’s resolution with some tips on healthy eating and a Skinny cocktail/Mocktail demonstration led by Executive Chef Ivo Sandrea & Bartender Mark Anthony Miller. Noon-2 p.m., $45 per person includes lunch and a drink.

“Relax and Recover” Workshop

Featuring our Stress Relief product lines from Antara and Dr. Dennis Gross. An educational workshop focusing on how you can use stretching techniques in addition to some highly effective products to heal sore joints and muscles after exercising. 3-4 p.m. Complimentary.

Morning Meditation

Join us for Sunday morning serenity at the spa. Our meditation specialist will lead you through a transformative journey to reduce anxiety and melt away stress. 9:30-10:30 a.m. Complimentary.

Throughout the weekend, Gallery Restaurant and the Spa will feature a Morning Juice made with sweet green detox juice featuring green apples, lemon juice, spinach, cucumber, ginger, and parsley for $5 and a Quinoa Bowl featuring baby kale, avocado, garbanzo bean, beets, butternut squash, red cabbage, and ver jus rouge vinaigrette for $20.
