Bonus: Conrad Maldives Rangali Island was actually the first in the destination to introduce glass floors inside the spa which is a very unique experience—the treatment rooms with these floors are at the Over Water Spa on Rangali Island. The Spa Retreat on Rangali-Finolhu Island is also home to the Mandhoo Spa Restaurant, which offers a menu of organic cuisine and is perched above the Indian Ocean.

Ithaa Undersea Restaurant is the world’s first undersea restaurant located five meters below the surface of the ocean.

Snacks Served: Each of our spa facilities offers snacks and beverages to help guests feel refreshed and rejuvenated. One of our guests’ favorites is our signature energy bites, which come in a trio and are made with nutrient-dense ingredients like coconut, mixed nuts, dates and dried fruit. We also offer a menu of fresh lemongrass, ginger and mint teas that are prepared in-house from ingredients grown in the property’s organic garden.

The Quiet Zone Beach Bar is an adults-only, open-air bar complete with comfy daybeds and a beach backdrop.

Splurge Treatment: The ‘Art of Love’ Package at The Spa Retreat is a romantic experience great for couples and includes a scalp massage, body exfoliation, nourishing body wrap and massage. The Over Water Spa’s Gem Stone Massage aims to heal the mind, body and soul through the power of gemstones and crystals.

Unique Treatment: Each of the experiences available at our spas are inspired by our destinations and ingredients and techniques that have been utilized for many years. One of the most unique treatments at The Spa Retreat is the Maldivian Indigenous treatment, which takes a localized approach to relaxation and rejuvenation and consists of an Indian-inspired head massage, coconut scrub and full body massage with heated coconut sticks. At the Over Water Spa, the Gem Stone Aromatherapy Massage uses gemstone-infused herbal oils, crystal massage stones and an Ayurvedic marma-point facial massage technique with crystal wands.
