Unique Treatment: The most unique treatment would be the Circadian Rhythm Sleep Massage—designed for those who have trouble sleeping—from tension, travel or sickness. The team will use techniques such as aromatherapy and relaxing strokes to nod guests to a peaceful zen state.

Insider’s Favorite: Auberge Attunement consists of a blend of massage therapies with warm herbal compresses infused with muscle soothing essential oils that are applied to key pressure points to help relieve pain and inflammation. Once the body is warmed, a series of assisted stretches, deep tissue massage techniques and warm cool stones work synergistically to ease tight muscle and improve flexibility.

Guests can also enjoy in-room and cabana beach massages.

Featured Products: The spa features organic Esperanza-specific bath products which will transport your senses back to Baja.
