The treatment menu offers an impressive selection of healing and rejuvenating massages, body treatments, facials, and nail services, among others.

Why You’ll Love It: The immediate response is how pretty the spa is and its location overlooking the national natural landmark, Garden of the Gods—the view is absolutely amazing and breathtaking. Our providers do a fantastic job and clients are “floating” after their spa treatments. The Salon creates magic in making our clients feel beautiful. Our Salon has many regular clients that return due to the quality of service they receive from the providers. Amongst our amenities the salt inhalation room in the ladies locker room is a favorite of many customers.

Key Features: The spa has lovely retails areas with a large variety of items for purchase including products used in services (facials and hair are the biggest). The locker rooms are comfortable and offer steam rooms with eucalyptus oil, salt rooms, Experiential Rainfall showers including seven massaging shower heads, Relaxation Lounge with snacks and tea assortment, and secured lockers for client use. The ladies locker room in particular offers a Pink Himalayan Salt Room with Infrared Heat that is designed to support respiratory health, lower stress levels, and boost your immune system.

Splurge Treatment: Our Ayurvedic Immersion Ritual. This service will balance the mind and body using ancient techniques and tools from India including traditional Abhyanga massage, a facial massage with Kansa wand, balancing foot bowl massage, and ends with Shirodhara. The Glow and Massage is another favorite which combines a massage and exfoliation.

The spa’s menu features a wide variety of massages, body treatments, and skincare, among others.

Unique treatment: Mystic Inka Ritual balances the four elements and energies in the body using indigenous plants from Peru with healing and nurturing properties. This ritual helps promote gut health, improve energy, releases tension, and contains skin-beautifying antioxidants.

Pairs can enjoy side-by-side treatments in one of two luxurious couples’ suites.

Insider’s Favorite: Shiro-Abhyanga is my personal favorite! This is a rhythmic massage using dosha balancing oils, paired with a stream of warm herbal-infused oil poured slowly over the forehead and massaged into the scalp to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system. Leave the oil on your scalp for a few hours before washing for healthy, shiny hair!

Strata Spa also has two manicure stations and three pedicure stations.
