Starr MedSpa was founded by Tenley Fabian Starr (RN/BSN), a graduate of the University of South Carolina, who founded the spa in early 2020 with the dream of owning and operating a world-class Med spa so she could treat, educate, and stimulate her hometown of Westlake Village, CA. Tedious attention to detail, paired with a bespoke and white-glove experience, makes the partnership with Spa Relais at Westlake Village Inn a perfect match.

Services Offered: Starr MedSpa provides top procedures including all injectables such as Botox, Dysport, and fillers. Anti-aging treatments such as micro-needling, PRP, IV hydration, and hair restoration are also available. State-of-the-art Lumenis laser machines ensure that all laser hair removal, IPL, and acne treatments deliver the finest results for our clientele. Those wanting to turn back mother nature’s clock will find our highly sought-after selection of ‘Life Hacks,’ such as B12 shots, Lipo-plex, and booster packages for energy and weight loss.

Meet the Founder: Tenley Fabian Starr (RN/BSN) began her career much earlier than most in that she was raised by a family deeply embedded in the medical profession. Her father is a doctor and a world-renowned surgeon known for specialties in plastics, cleft lip and palate repair, and hand injuries. She grew up around medicine and knew early on that she wanted to make it a career.

Starr attended the University of South Carolina for her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree and quickly made a name for herself by becoming one of the youngest Tier 1 Trauma Emergency Room nurses in Southern California—a spot that typically takes years to prove your mettle. After proving her value and then some, and also having had the opportunity to work alongside her father after all those years of training, she decided to venture off into the world she came to love as a child: aesthetic medicine.

Starr has been injecting for more than five years and has quickly become recognized for her incredible attention to detail, and her dedication to natural and responsible aesthetic medicine.

Products: Starr's advocacy for natural and responsible skin care led to an additional venture and the birth of Starr Clinical Skin Care. Starr Clinical formulations are results-oriented, hypoallergenic, botanically based, pH balanced, and animal cruelty-free. Starr products are formulated with a high concentration of natural ingredients and minimal preservatives. The label includes five products, each focused on specific skin areas and targeted results.

The product line includes a Purifying Cleanser, Oil Free Moisturizer, Moisture Rich Cream, Bamboo Scrub and Invigorating Gel Mask. Starr Clinical products are all vegan and offered at a very affordable price point, ranging from $35 to $160.
