The treatment continues with a massage that incorporates ancient Caribbean technique of alternating hot and cold stones, as well as the use of herbal pouches. These techniques have been passed down through generations for their therapeutic benefits. The hot stones relax the muscles, improve blood circulation, and release tension. The herbal pouches are filled with a blend of carefully selected Caribbean herbs, which are heated and used to massage deeply, releasing the therapeutic benefits of the plants.

Insider’s Favorite: A personal favorite treatment is the “Island Glow Facial” from Haeckels, which is perfect for the summer as it oxygenates the face and enhances complexion. In this treatment, an oxygen machine is used to further enhance the benefits. The natural ingredients used throughout the treatment are inspired by the ocean and include lemon verbena and soursop.
