Insider’s Tip: We are now working with osteopath Tadashi Nakatsuji on a new treatment focusing on slimming. This will be lunch on the upcoming festive season and is a must-try.

Unique Treatment: Our most unique treatment is the Seven Chakra Dhara, an influenced massage from Ayurveda. This enchanting ritual commences with drizzling aromatic oils on the chakra points and all over the body, providing a deep sense of peace and contentment. Drawing upon the traditions of Ayurveda, this luxurious ceremony weaves together Abhyanga massage, aromatherapy, gemstones, and fork tuning sound healing to deeply nourish and soothe the mind, body, and spirit.

The Diamond Miracle treatment includes an ocean splash rose bath using petals from 500 red roses.

Splurge Treatment: We highly recommend trying our exclusive and luxurious Spa on The Rocks Ocean Dream Package. It features a duo of spa suites that perched above the Indian Ocean. This exquisite dream spa begins with a purifying body polish made of marine salt and clay. Following a refreshing cleanse, your path to purity continues with a specific detoxification massage and a Radiance Marins facial from Thermes Marines.

Spa on the Rocks features two luxury spa villas perched atop large rocks with ocean views.

Insider’s Favorite: My favorite spa treatment is the Nakatsuji Massage Ritual, crafted exclusively for AYANA by Japanese osteopath Tadashi Nakatsuji. This therapeutic top-to-toe massage utilizes “The Nakatsuji Method'“ to release muscular pain and enhance lymphatic drainage. A head, neck, and shoulder massage alleviate headaches and tension caused by poor posture and prolonged computer use. To complete this holistic ritual, a facial massage using rich delicate oils nourishes the skin, while specialized techniques shape the face and neck. This exceptional ritual promotes slimming, detoxification, muscular health, collagen production, and anti-aging.

The spa villas feature Indonesian ‘merbau’ wood, traditional Balinese ‘alang alang’ thatched roofs, and interiors enhanced by the natural contours of the rocks.
