This enchanting ritual commences with drizzling aromatic oils on the chakra points and all over the body, providing a deep sense of peace and contentment. Drawing upon the traditions of Ayurveda, this luxurious ceremony weaves together Abhyanga massage, aromatherapy, gemstones, and fork tuning sound healing to deeply nourish and soothe the mind, body, and spirit.

Insider’s Favorite: My favorite spa treatment is the Nakatsuji Massage Ritual, crafted exclusively for AYANA by Japanese osteopath Tadashi Nakatsuji. This therapeutic top-to-toe massage utilizes “The Nakatsuji Method'“ to release muscular pain and enhance lymphatic drainage. A head, neck, and shoulder massage alleviate headaches and tension caused by poor posture and prolonged computer use. To complete this holistic ritual, a facial massage using rich delicate oils nourishes the skin, while specialized techniques shape the face and neck.
