Insider’s Tip: While visiting Asaya, ensure you experience our Laconium—a large dry heat chamber which offers heated therapy based on the dry sauna, which is the best way to detox your body, clean it, and increase the immune system before or after the treatment.

Insider’s Favorite: I personally fell in love with the facials from Dr Barbara Sturm. Their treatments and products are renowned for their anti-inflammatory philosophy with non-invasive techniques which I find very interesting for gentlemen, given that there are rather limited spa offering facial treatments for males in town. The product texture and immediate result feel is definitely a must-try!
