Insider’s Tip: This is a very good time to make sure we take care of our skin. We have plenty of time to invest in ourselves. I strong recommend regular cleansing and follow the daily skincare routine: cleanser, toner, eye cream, face cream. Exfoliate your skin two to three times a week. I have few easy recipes (coffee, lemon, and honey face scrub or the yogurt and cumber soothing mask). Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and eat antioxidant-rich food like artichokes, berries, kale, red cabbage, and beans. These are simple steps in maintaining healthy skin.

Insider’s Favorite: I love the Diamond Life Infusion Anti-Aging and Rejuvenating Facial. It’s a 90-minute Natura Bissé treatment that regulates four key skin-age biomarkers resulting in firmer, more luminous, and visibly younger-looking skin. It’s an amazing “youth elixir” that unveils renewed skin that is soft, smooth, and wonderfully revitalized. I also love the Ultra Nourishing Diamond Rose Body Treatment that uses Arabian Damask rose to refine and protect your skin, leaving it soft and healthy.
