Synergy-The Retreat Show is a three-day trade show dedicated to the retreat industry and will be held at Palmaïa, The House of AIA in Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
The world’s first trade show dedicated to the retreat industry, Synergy-The Retreat Show has announced the dates for its second annual event which will be held from October 24-27, 2023 at Palmaïa, The House of AIA in Mexico. Founded by Laura Montesanti, the fully-immersive, three-day event brings together the best in the wellness and travel space, along with like-minded individuals who want to make an impact on the industry and build positive connections to shape successful businesses.

Palmaïa, The House of AIA is an award-winning wellness and spa resort located on the beachfront in Riviera Maya. Last year’s inaugural Synergy event was held in Ibiza and drew around 250 professionals in the travel and wellness space. Participants attended talks and workshops from leading wellness experts and practitioners, including Jasmine Hemsley, a bestselling well-being author and champion of Ayurveda; and Anna Bjurstam, a leading figure in the wellness industry who is responsible for developing and taking the global wellness brand, Six Senses, to the next level.
Synergy provides a well-balanced platform for inspirational conversation, meetings, talks, creativity, and experiences between luxury hotels and spas, retreat leaders and practitioners, and luxury travel designers looking for their next wellness escape.
