Brush often.

Brush from root to tip on dry hair only. It's great to nourish and feed the oils from the scalp to the hair shaft. This is also great for scalp exfoliation, circulation and oxygenation. And a great stress relief to boot!

Massage the scalp.

Massage the scalp with your fingers to support the brushing, and break down the product and waxy build-up.

Relax.

Use a hot oil treatment to replenish your hair with nutrients and reverse damage.

Ditch your hot tools.

Give your strands a break to "beat the heat."

Spray your hair with apple cider vinegar.

It balance both your scalp and hair pH. It also closes and flattens the hair cuticle to eliminate frizz.

Relax, meditate, bathe and breathe.

Stress has an effect on the skin and scalp that can manifest in rashes, breakouts, psoriasis flare-ups, overproduction of yeast, etc.

Tone down brassy orange or yellow and fading color.

First and foremost—wash less but when in need:

▪ 1 teaspoon of baking soda

▪ 2 or 3 drops of a blue or purple-toned food coloring

▪ A sulfate-free shampoo

▪ Mix in a bowl and apply to hair to sit and set before shampooing
