Our latest Beauty Boss is Aryn Sieber, Founder of Cannaisseur Brands—a company that manufactures premium medicinal-grade cannabis products using high-quality natural ingredients cultivated and harvested by its partners in the United States. Sieber became a sought-after professional leader in the CBD and medical cannabis industry after using medical cannabis and CBD during his own battle with Stage IV cancer. He is incredibly passionate about the quality and potency of CBD, as well as the purity of the other ingredients used by the brand.
Cannaisseur Brands recently relaunched its topically applied, terpene-rich CBD Essentials product line, which are lab-formulated, third-party tested, and batch numbered to ensure quality and consistency. All CBD Essentials products feature Sieber’s award-winning flower and meet the federal requirements of the 2018 Farm Bill, which mandates that all CBD-infused products are derived from dried Cannabis Sativa L. plant material that contain less than 0.3 percent THC to be legal in the United States.

We chatted with Sieber, who shared more about the inspiration behind his company and product line, what inspires him, favorite ways to relax, and more.
When was CBD Essentials founded?
It was founded in 2016.
What inspired the creation of the brand?
During my battle with stage IV cancer in 2014, I used raw edible cannabis formulas topically, which, to this day, continue to help the side effects from the rigorous radiation and chemo treatments that I underwent. Today, I am dedicated to bringing this relief to as many people as I can—those who are suffering from serious ailments and those who simply appreciate the healing results that they find work for them with CBD.
Does CBD Essentials have a hero product?
Honestly, and without bias, all of our products perform as intended for most consumers. That said, our Green Tea and Cucumber and Lavender fragrances are our signature scents and our “purse size” 10ml roll-on oil has been, by far, our most popular seller.
What are your favorite products from the brand?
Our CBD Essentials Body & Massage Oil and CBD Essentials Pain Relief Cream are my favorite. I use them all the time for post-radiation spasm relief in my neck.
Where are CBD Essentials products sold?
The products are mostly sold in spas, wellness facilities, pharmacies, and retail outlets.

Keep it simple, continually educate yourself, and others, and, always pay it forward.
How do you like to relax?
I enjoy traveling and spending time in and around nature with someone special.
