If you grew up ordering products from your neighborhood “Avon Lady” or still do, you know about cult favorite products like the brand’s famous Skin So Soft collection. Now Avon fans can experience all the classic Avon products and learn about the latest launches at Avon’s new 19,000 square-foot space in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The new Avon destination Studio 1886 is Avon’s first in-person, immersive experience center (the name pays homage to the year Avon was founded.) The expansive location features two floors that showcase all of Avon's best-selling collections including ANEW, Skin So Soft, CHI Haircare, The Face Shop, belif, and more. Guests can experience Avon’s latest innovations in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance in a location that prioritizes safety and cleanliness. 

"We are very excited about this new chapter and are proud to create a unique space for our Avon community to connect and celebrate their love of Avon," says Avon CEO Paul Yi. "Studio 1886 will showcase Avon's growing commitment to bringing customers and Avon Representatives the top trends and innovation in beauty while driving engagement."

To ensure a safe space for all guests, Studio 1886 has regular cleanings and disinfecting throughout each day. The number of customers who can enter at any given time is limited, and the location follows social distancing guidelines. All testers are for display only and sampling is limited to pre-packaged samples. Hand sanitizer is available for use throughout the space and services such as makeovers, skin treatments and in-studio classes are suspended for now. 

Some of the fun activations that Avon fans can look forward to experiencing include:

  •  A Make Up Bar where visitors can immerse themselves in Avon color and see full shade ranges. 

  • Avon's new digital catalog with AR makeup will also be accessible where guests can virtually try on makeup and get shade matched with foundation, eyeshadow, blush, and lip colors. 

  • The Skincare Zone will be an area to learn about the latest in skincare innovation and find the best products to transform your skin and empower confidence. 

  •  The Break and Lounge Area are the perfect spots to spend some time networking and chatting about the latest beauty news while utilizing the best in class technology.

  • Carefully crafted training sessions and events will be offered regularly and will be designed to elevate knowledge from tips and tricks to choosing the best products for your personal skin concerns. 

  • Representatives will learn how to consult with customers, provide solutions, and overall build their Avon businesses.
