Gather together to reflect on your well-being and personal goals, both as a mom and as a powerful woman in the world. This workshop is specifically designed to help you understand and optimize your “Mom brain," deepen your mind-body connection, and create much deserved space and support for you to recharge.

When: Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Where: Sherman Oaks, California

Activities: We will take a musical tour of the brain to map our emotions for effectiveness and well-being. We will also discuss, develop, and share strategies for stress recovery and resilience so participants can learn how to be more intentional with their time and actions.

Notable Highlight: One highlight is simply being amongst other wise and supportive mamas. Sharing advice and experience helps moms feel like they're not alone, either with the highlights or challenges of motherhood.

Retreat Leader: Tara Eddy is an educational psychologist who specializes in child development as well as anxiety treatment. She's also a mom to her daughter, Alex. 

Cuisine: We will provide a health-conscious lunch for participants as well as snacks sponsored by Bundle Organics

Price: $125. Includes lunch, snacks, coffee and tea. All learning materials are included.
