The Cape, a Thompson Hotel in Cabo, Mexico is hosting two back-to-back retreats from April 22-25 and April 25-28. The boutique lifestyle resort is located along one of the prime stretches of white sand in Los Cabos, and is the ultimate setting for the bespoke oceanside retreats.

The wellness retreats feature regionally-inspired spa treatments, a Well Being Market with local artisans, beach-centric fitness activities, organic cuisine, and more. Each retreat offers myriad activities intended to help guests explore personal wellbeing; replenish the mind, body, and soul; and live more presently.

Activities uniquely designed for The Cape—curated in partnership with regional expert Baja Wellness—include:

  • Beach and rooftop fitness experiences designed to embrace the resort’s unparalleled views across the Sea of Cortez (available from virtually anywhere on property) and its intimate beach location. Classes include rooftop cycling, sunrise beach yoga, restorative alignment yoga, and beyond.

  • Meditation and inner wellness sessions include intention setting at the retreat’s outset and the regionally-inspired Cacao Breathing Ceremony.

  • Spa treatments feature local ingredients and are offered at Currents, the resort’s architecturally stunning indoor/outdoor spa.

  • Healthy organic meals are sourced from the resort’s preferred local purveyors, including Baja Fresh Farms in nearby Pescadero. Amenities include a daily morning juice bar and breakfast, lunch, and nightly farm-to-table dinner.

  • Wellness Marketplace and Workshops take place in the open-air Lobby Bar. The pop-upstyle boutique features local artisans and their wellness-centric wares, ranging from locally produced kombucha to essential oils made with regional ingredients. 30-minute a la carte workshops are offered, including healthy cooking demonstrations, sustainable living talks, meditation and movement classes, and more.
