Pechanga Resort Casino Hosting Free Yoga and Meditation Series to Benefit Veterans
For the second year in a row, Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California is offering free community yoga and meditation classes on June 21, 2019 in honor of International Yoga Day. Well-known yoga and meditation instructors will lead the complimentary classes, which are open to the public.
Classes will take place on the new Event Lawn at Pechanga Resort Casino. The schedule of classes is as follows:
All Levels Yoga (9-10 a.m.) Teacher: Ashley Fiala, Temecula Yoga Collective

The Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans program comforts veterans and their families by helping them achieve a calm and steady body and mind through yoga, meditation, breath work, yoga nidra, and meditation.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to check-in. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. Spa Pechanga mats can be borrowed on a first-come, first-served basis. No prior registration is required, but check out the Facebook event group for updates, parking information, and to let them know you’ll attend.
