Glen Ivy Hot Springs to Offer Plant-Based Vegan Cooking Series in January
From Saturday, January 19 through Thursday, January 24, 2019, Glen Ivy Hot Springs will offer a plant-based, vegan cooking series in collaboration with guest chef, Sarah Safarian of Humbly Healthy. Safarian, who is visiting from Paris, will be providing cooking demonstrations, along with hands-on opportunities and tastings for participants to enjoy.
The plant-based courses will focus on fun and healthy vegan recipes, and are designed to educate guests on the benefits of holistic nutrition, gut health, plant digestion, and plant-based lifestyles. Guests may opt for a one-hour workshop ($20) or a five-hour intensive ($199), which includes admission and one’s choice of a 50-minute signature Glen Ivy treatment.
Throughout 2019, Glen Ivy will continue to unveil exciting and healthy menu items, activities and workshops. For more information and to make a reservation, call (888) 453-6489, visit www.glenivy.com, and follow the spa on Instagram: @glenivy_spa
